Main duties: Applied knowledge of accounting terminology, using spreadsheets and automated accounting systems; undertakes reconciliation, payments, stock takes, postings for both the Souvenir shop and Cafeteria; undertakes payroll preparation for salary transactions; reviews rates, imports/adds/updates items and stocks, update daily cash banking in the Point of Sale system (POS) system;
Minimum entry requirement: Advanced Level Studies in subjects related to the post preferably a Diploma in Business studies with at least 3 years of experience in financial management with knowledge in accounting or relevant field. Computer literate with ability to use various specialist applications and software (Peachtree/HRS).Reasonable excel/access/word processing skills and strong understanding of the POS.
